Strawberry Citrus Slush

Ingredients

(16 oz.) pink grapefruit juice

(12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
sugar
|
|
|
| 1 |
pkg. |
strawberry flavored drink mix (unsweetened)

|
| 1 |
bottle |
(liter) ginger ale, chilled
|
|
|
Directions:
In 2-quart nonmetal freezer container, combine grapefruit juice, lemonade concentrate, sugar and strawberry drink mix. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Freeze 4-6 hours.
To serve, spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture into each glass; pour 1/2 cup ginger ale over each.
